Senior Manager, Wholesale Distribution&Marketplace Management

job summary Develop and maintain a standardized distribution process between wholesale internal and external partners in order to ensure Distribution Strategies are executed successfully Oversee the execution of product launches across all distribution points and product categories Develop a strong understanding of Consumer needs and segmentation and manage the end to end execution of product launches Create start-up plan, maintain timeline, manufacturing readiness, and open issues list to ensure the program achieves customer milestones, internal deliverables, and supply chain deadlines Plan and execute a robust risk management process to include identification, qualitative and quantitativerisk analysis, mitigation and contingency plans and mitigation strategies Coach and motivate the allocations team to encourage ownership and responsibility for the activities (functional deliverables and reporting) Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency by working cross-functionally across several departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Supply Planning, Procurement, and IT to enhance the process as well as the functionality of tools and reports Work to ensure no business disruption, manage issues, and drive incident resolution by actively engaging with other teams and business counterparts on brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal activities Provide day-to-day operational activities in a dynamic global environment. Responsible for completion of weekly status updates/calls in conjunction with driving monthly project execution (launch readiness review) Manage customer communication and relationship for project issues and commitments Answer consumer oriented questions regarding allocations as well as for all elements of the marketplace mix Work in conjunction with sales leadership and other internal groups to develop scorecard items related to Launch Management resulting in ROI and business tracking analyses Conduct analysis of sales performance and Retailer's inventory level to develop allocation methodology for key retailers and markets to maximize sales and the consumer experience.    Interpret trends to increase effectiveness of a product launched and distribution strategies Engage in problem solving, lead team & apply methodology to successfully get to root cause and corrective planning Results-oriented and dedication to continuous improvement Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Strong decision making, negotiating, and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate both verbally and electronically to all levels of the organization Ability to understand business issues and find creative ways to solve them Ability to manage effectively in a team environment, coordinating multiple tasks in parallel, many times with conflicting priorities Ability to lead and manage processes among many different internal departments  Proven track record of working independently and using sound judgment on operational and business issues such as critical final distribution decisions, allocations, and location approvals Off-hours work may be required to meet the needs of geographies, business partners, and/or significant event and moments in time. 7+ years of related field experience is required Excellent verbal and written communication skills at a business level Advanced proficiency in Excel Demonstrated project management experience Strong organizational and time management skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
