Business Development Manager

Summary Responsible for all activities associated with new business development and ongoing customer support and satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Identify new customer opportunities that fit within targeted customer profiles Develop and win new business opportunities Coordinate pricing and quote activity with internal resources Work with team to develop additional opportunities within existing accounts Establish and negotiate contracts and agreements with customers Create customer support and transition plans to enable successful production launches Assist internal team when launching new customer programs Work with senior management to define company pricing, marketing, and overall corporate strategy Communicate with customers to understand future manufacturing requirements and potential adjustments needed within internal organization to support customer roadmap Maintains constant awareness of competitive landscape and positioning of product base Other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business Qualifications Must have 5+ years direct sales experience in the manufacturing, business to business or electronics industry Bachelor's degree Highly motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills are paramount Proven customer presentation and communication skills Excellent organizational skills Domestic and international travelrequired

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
