Continuous Integration Architect

Our continuous integration system automates the build, testing, check-in, and regression test workflows for worldwide design engineering teams and runs on a large-scale, distributed cloud computing system with 1000s of heterogeneous servers. Our system operates at large scale, running millions of jobs per day to verify multiple designs in many configurations. We are continuously innovating and we need scalable, reliable, high performance systems and tools to enable the next generation of chips. What you'll be doing: Work in a dynamic agile software development team with very high production quality standards. Participate in the full life-cycle of tool development, test, and deployment. You will work to improve the current system's ability to schedule and utilize resources, improve performance, increase reliability, and provide better throughput. Work closely with other team members and users to understand their build and test processes and needs. Help to build environments that are reliable and easy to use by hundreds of engineers around the world. Directly commit to the overall quality of and improve time to market for of our next generation chips. What we need to see: Experience developing and deploying automated continuous integration processes Strong software engineering process skills You should have experience with Linux development programming tools Experience with SCM tools such as Perforce, Git, Subversion, ClearCase, etc. Strong object-oriented programming skills and interpreted language application skills MS (preferred) or BS in Computer Science with at least 5 years of experience Excellent planning and interpersonal skills Flexibility/adaptabilityworking in a dynamic environment with changing requirements Ways to stand out from the crowd: Experience with chip design workflows Object Oriented Perl expertise Have a deep understanding of SCM processes and tools for large, multi-site development, including branching, integration, and release strategies NVIDIA is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
