Manager, Events - Sales

Your Mission Plan and execute events ranging from account meetings, senior executive off-sites, retail summits, tradeshow & quarterly sales meetings Arrange event logistics including but not limited to invitations, event registration, catering, lodging, AV, photography, attendee management, attendee travel management. Manage contract negotiations including but not limited to tradeshows, hotels, conference centers, catering, entertainment and various types of suppliers Handle coordination of participation at any PUMA wholesale event Responsible for coordinating sales team participation at industry events Work closely with sales team to ensure events are serving to assist in achieving goals Event manager is responsible for the tracking of ROI on any event they directly manage Manage planning of trade show participation (badges, rooming list, overall logistics) Research potential industry events, determining prospect attendance, costs associated Coordinate event marketing materials such as giveaways, supplies, signage for events, etc. Manage expenses for events planned and support cost control Lead and execute event technology tools such as event app and online event communities Your Talent Candidate must have 5+ years' experience in event management.  Bachelor's degreerequired Experience with high-profile, large events (500+ attendees) Experience with trade shows in the U.S. Exceptional organizational skills Enthusiastic, driven, positive, hardworking professional who can rise to the occasion in high pressure situations Candidate should be happy and willing to roll up their sleeves to take care of administrative, but important, event tasks such as printing and shipping Ability to work well under time constraints while keeping a positive attitude The ability to organize and schedule work effectively in order to meet critical deadlines Strong written and oral communication skills Experience with eventbudgets, contracts for venues, logistics, agendas, catering, event registration and promotion Excellent PC skills, MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint Willingness to travel

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
