Area Sales Manager

What you will do:   Provide Sales Leadership for American Dynamics product brand within the assigned Central Region of the US. Management of the business to assigned revenue quota or above Sales ownership of assigned key accounts (System Integrators and End Users)   How you will do it:   Collaborative Partnership with TSP contract rep force with a joint goal of growing AD revenue for the assigned region. Timely and accurate information relative to business performance and market conditions: eg. Forecasting, Business Plans, Periodic Business Reviews Develop new channel partners, maintain strong relationship with internal/external customers Participate and support Marketing promotion to increase market awareness of TSP products/solutions    What we look for: Required Skills/Experience   Minimum 10 years of sales experience, 5 years managing a field sales team. Preferably in security industry, with proven record of success. Bachelor Degree, networking or IT is a plus. Travel is essential, up to 70%   Preferred Skills/Experience   Good understanding of the security industry, good knowledge on video platforms and cameras; both IP and analog.  Good management skills and strong personality Experience conducting customer presentations. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
