Sr. Product Manager

Position Summary:

The Principal Product Manager is responsible for the companys network management solution as well as other associated products including development and launch of new software and hardware versions. This key leadership position is responsible for ensuring that effective product offerings are well aligned with client expectations, are operationally manageable, and are effectively translated into engineering requirements. The position provides leadership, project management, and cross-functional coordination throughout the product development lifecycle while working with customers, sales, R&D and other stakeholders.

Essential Responsibilities:

Create and maintain the products and features roadmap, and manage prioritization and tradeoffs with customer experience

Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional leaders to support the strategic product direction

Collaborate with other departments to establish, implement, and maintain standardized product development and product management processes and procedures to ensure optimal performance throughout the new product life cycle, product release cycles.

Act as the representative to internal and external clients throughout the product lifecycle.

Coordinate commercial launch across functional teams.

Manage high-value customer and strategic partner relationships

Coordinate RFI/RFQ/RFP responses and field trials

Develop requirements for all client communications, sales presentations and training materials.

Create/edit/maintain product collateral, whitepapers, presentations as needed by the organization

Create Product and Market requirements documents (PRDs/MRDs), provide input to marketing requirements, architecture documents, and review and approve functional specifications documents

Generate product pricing and packaging, product code creation, work with sales team on product quotes

Prioritize software development resources balancing customer needs and company revenue targets

  • Familiarity with latest trends in Network Management and Analytics

  • Demonstrated experience in Network Management of one or more of the following network devices: Session Border Controller, Gateways, Application Servers, Routers, Firewalls

  • Experience with Provisioning, Fault Management, Analytics, and Reporting in appliance and NFV environments

  • An understanding of virtualization on different platforms including VMWare, KVM, AWS, Openstack, Azure

  • Familiarity with REST, SOAP, SNMP, NETCONF

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with leadership and management focus

  • Ability to effectively tailor the communication of technical and non-technical information to different audiences

  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams across organizations in multiple geographic locations

  • 7+ years of experience in product management including direct customer interaction

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or Technology. Additionally MBA preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
