Senior Technical Recruiter on behalf of our client, Procom Services is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their team for a six (6) month contract in Westford, MA. Senior Technical Recruiter Job Details Our client's Talent Acquisition team is seeking an experienced technical recruiter to join their Global Talent Delivery team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will use strategic researching and sourcing techniques to manage the candidate pipeline for critical, high-volume roles. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop a sourcing strategy to identify the best talent, as well as manage the applicant flow, promote employee referrals, and most importantly, use your research skills to uncover hidden talent. Identify potential employees using a variety of innovative sourcing tools, e.g. social media aggregators and platforms and coding repositories; typical roles include senior software engineers, DevOps, test engineers, etc. Proactively market potential candidates to hiring managers Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline using our customer relationship management (CRM) and applicant tracking system (ATS) Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Collaborate with the Engineering team to own and manage employee referral programs and other hiring initiatives Become a brand ambassador and interact with communities and individuals through social media, including cultivating followers and delivering high-quality, relevant content Represent our client at technical events Investigate new tools and share your knowledge with the team Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements Senior Technical Recruiter Mandatory Skills Our client needs you to have a track record of sourcing highly skilled technical professionals in a fast-paced environment. University degree 3+ years of technical recruiting experience (corporate or agency) Proven success recruiting in a high-volume environment, with an ability to manage a diverse requisition load Demonstrated success using recruiting tools, e.g. Boolean search, databases, and social media Interest in and passion for technology; we don't expect you to code, but we expect you to be interested in technology topics Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort in cold calling, networking, and public speaking Senior Technical Recruiter Start Date October 1st, 2018 or ASAP Senior Technical Recruiter Assignment Length Six (6) month contract extensions/ conversion to FTE likely

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
