Job summary
Help us build a scaled solutions integrator (SI) membership program within Red Hat Connect - the world's largest open source technology ecosystem program. Red Hat's Global Partner Ecosystem team is looking for an exceptional and experienced marketing leader to join us as a Senior Partner Marketing Manager in Westford, MA. In this role, you?ll need to have a background working with companies who focus on delivering custom and repeatable solutions for their growing customer base. You?ll work with global partners of various sizes, vertical focus, product expertise, and geographic diversity. You?ll help to create a partner plan for these development, integration, and delivery partners at scale. As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will analyze opportunities, create requirements, build a plan, create program benefits, and launch offerings and then grow these as an asset for our ecosystem partners as well as Red Hat. You?ll serve as the voice to and from this important partner segment and work to build relationships, content, resources, events and activities to create a two-way dialog with these companies. This role will be highly collaborative across Red Hat marketing, field, and Business team stakeholders and be acutely tuned to industry and competitor trends to help form our SI partnering strategy and value proposition.
Primary job responsibilities
+ Build, own, and carry out end-to-end the Red Hat Connect SI partner plan (nurture, solution, enable, and promote)
+ Ensure that program features and benefits are aligned with the needs of SI partners, facilitating active SI partner engagement, nurture, and overall satisfaction
+ Work closely with Red Hat's cross-functional Business team, vertical industry solutions and partner business development teams to identify and define how to build a 'Red Hat Practice" using Red Hat?s offerings and technical architectures and solutions
+ Create digital content strategies designed to inform, educate, and motivate prospective SI partners to align their business and practices with Red Hat?s portfolio of offerings and initiatives
+ Serve as Red Hat's expert and advocate for the scaled SI partner offerings, working closely with other teams including Global SI, independent software vendor (ISV), and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) organizations; guide and own market intelligence and poll both customers and partners to ascertain Red Hat Connect program expectations and requirements
+ Guide and create program marketing collateral (internal and external) targeted at SI partners, including web content, social media content, technical presentations, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and more
Required skills
+ 4-6 years of related experience, preferably in managing SI-type partners, managing a partner program at scale, or technical partner marketing or alliances and relationship management
+ Industry relationships and perspectives; willingness to listen to customers, problem-solving skills, or ability to design programs to help accelerate partner adoption of cloud and platform technologies
+ Good balance of strategic thinking and implementation skills; desire to make a wide impact with thousands of partners
+ Ability to navigate across groups, teams, and divisions to persuade others to collaborate; both create and use best practices from lots of resources
+ Good intuition and the ability to digest partner and industry market data and trends to tune program messaging and communication
+ Experience in creating and carrying out a plan at scale; ability to help direct content and resources for the consumption of partners
+ Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate Red Hat Connect program value proposition and evangelize its offerings both internally and externally
The following are considered a plus:
+ 1-3 years of experience working with or for and developing relationships with SI partners
+ Direct experience with open source technologies; familiarity and experience with Red Hat?s offerings like Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Red Hat OpenStack Platform, OpenShift by Red Hat, containers, Ansible by Red Hat, etc.
+ Technical, engineering, or marketing college degree; MBA is especially desirable, but we are most interested in your work experience in guiding adoption, satisfaction, and engagement with wide technology-oriented audiences
+ Willingness to travel up to 20%

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
