Position Title: Senior Contracts Manager
Location: Westford, MA
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our worldwide Contracts Group. Your main duties will be to prepare, negotiate and review various company contracts, including purchases, sales and business partnerships as an individual contributor. The Contracts Group is within the Company's Legal Department and managed by the Deputy General Counsel for Contracts.
A successful Contracts Manager will demonstrate a strong attention to detail and knowledge of contracting terms and conditions along with the ability to discover potential risks for our company. You should also analyze contracts with an eye toward reducing costs and increasing profits, while ensuring compliance with the law. Our ideal candidate has previous experience independently negotiating and managing contracts and is familiar with contract terms and conditions for various types of sales and vendor agreements and related documentation.
Prepare sales and purchase contracts
Negotiate contract terms with customers, partners and vendors
Review and update existing contracts
Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties
Ensure that employees understand and comply with company contracts
Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
Coordinate with the legal department and other internal cross-functional company groups as needed
Maintain organized system of physical and digital contracts for archive repository
Create language standards for existing and new contracts

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
