Job Description
IDT's rapidly growing RF Division is looking for highly motivated GaAs RFIC engineers to join our team. At our design center in Boston we have created breakthrough RF products that have shipped over 15 million units over the past 3 years. We seek very capable individuals to design high performance RFICs using the latest GaAs pHEMT and HBT technologies for leading-edge transmit and receive products and standalone components for test, cable and next-generation wireless infrastructure markets, leading us to even greater success. Primary Responsibilities
Lead and perform detailed RFIC design to develop ultra-low-noise amplifiers and highly linear and efficient RF power amplifiers.
Work together with silicon design engineers to wrap IDT's trademark technologies around GaAs design architectures
Push state-of-the-art designs while applying risk mitigation throughout the design phase
Design and layout RF circuits with high degree of integrity while driving design completion to schedule
Manage and share detailed technical results and proactively support cross-functional groups involved with the product
Use high-frequency lab equipment to execute RFIC design validation and characterization while supporting product engineering through the NPI (new product introduction) process
BSEE, MSEE or PhD preferred
10+ years of industrial GaAs pHEMT/HBT design and development experience or equivalent
Either existing silicon experience, or strong desire to learn the art of silicon design
Solid understanding of RF parameters such as S-parameters, NF, P1dB, IP3, IMD, stability
Fluent in RFIC design using the ADS and Momentum, Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre RF design tools a plus
Strong hands-on experience using RF test equipment and characterizing RF ICs
Must be able to work both independently and together in a team environment
Solid organizational skills with attention to details
Good communication, presentation skills and effective team work

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
