Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator

Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting talent acquisition processes and activities for the Global TA team and our HR Business Partners (HRBP's). This role will facilitate all operational aspects of the hiring process and assist with development, implementation and control of centralized recruitment processes. This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and is based in Westford, MA.
Responsible for the creation, approval and completion of permanent, contract, intern requisition and offer processing
Responsible for initiating all pre-boarding activities for new hires upon acceptance of an offer ? this is includes initiating background screenings, gathering new hire paperwork, informing all team members that the offer has been accepted, initiating internal notices to site HR, IT, payroll and admin services teams
Partner with HR Operations to ensure new hire data is complete and ready for entry into Oracle HRIS
Onboarding new hires ? point person for initial questions
Send out new hire and hiring manager satisfaction surveys and report results to Director Talent Acquisition
Build off of and create new methods for TA reporting that encompass all metrics and data points needed to view progress as a team or by individual
Desired Skills and Experience:
BA/BS degree
3 to 5 years' experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
Prior experience within or interacting frequently with the Talent Acquisition / Recruiting/ Staffing team
Ability to multitask and juggle multiple responsibilities, effectively prioritize and execute tasks
Impeccable organizational skills leveraging new technology and applications
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint; must have demonstrated working knowledge of reporting using Excel. Visio or other flow charting software desired
Knowledge of ATS (PeopleFluent) a plus and/or other ATS platforms
Uses technology solutions to standardize and improve operations
Positive attitude with ability and desire to learn, grow and have fun at the same time
Endeavors to improve operations and offer solutions
Works effectively in both independent and team environment
Quickly learns, understands and applies new skills
Knowledge of HR policies and practices
Strong results orientation, with high sense of urgency
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
