Director, Downstream Marketing

The Director, Downstream Marketing for the Body Contouring franchise is responsible for creating the strategies and tactics required to drive sustained revenue growth. This position is responsible for all aspects of customer solutions by delivering timely and innovative products, programs and partnerships that exceed our customers' expectations and enable improved clinical and economic outcomes. She/he will be accountable for execution and achievement of strategic plans, and downstream marketing activities. The candidate will be a strong people leader and will actively contribute to leading the Medical Aesthetics Division towards continued growth and organizational development, while building best-in-class marketing capabilities. This position is highly visible internally and externally.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing Functional Excellence ? Develop, direct and execute the Non-Invasive Body Contouring marketing plans that achieve our long-term strategic plan. Execute all aspects of marketing functional excellence, brand development, customer insight development, products, claim strategy, promotion/messaging, executing through the field organization, pricing, customer acquisition and retention tactics. Develop promotional strategies and tactics to achieve sales objectives. Collaborates very closely with Sales, Field Marketing, Finance, Commercial Analytics, Legal and Regulatory in the execution of the marketing plans. Develop actionable plans, influence acceptance by internal senior management, and leverage field sales force to gain buy-in. Work closely with supply chain to manage forecasts/inventory strategies and any global allocation decisions.
Talent Management ? Attract, hire, and develop marketing talent and leadership capability. Manage succession planning and employee development to ensure a strong talent pipeline for all key positions within the Non-Invasive Body Contouring Brand Marketing team. Lead by example through objective setting, performance management, regular communication and feedback, staff development, and appropriate rewards/recognition.
Strategic Planning ? Develop, direct and execute the Non-Invasive Body Contouring annual business plan. Ensure that the marketing plans, programs, revenue and expense goals are achieved. Identify new markets, product extensions, and/or applications that will support continued business unit growth. Directly contribute as a key voice in the creation of the 5-year Strategic Plan.
Market Insights and Customer Relations ? Ensure continuous monitoring of business and product strategies based on market developments and competitive product offerings. Oversee the development of business plans and product positioning in the market to meet customer needs. Proactively develop relationships and interact with customers and Key Opinion Leaders. Collaborate closely with Commercial Analytics, and Sales. Establish relationships with key customers, professional associations, and key governmental agencies to develop advocates and educate influential leaders
Strong understanding of the medical aesthetics space
Experienced in life sciences, launch and pricing
Experienced leader with proven results in leading a matrixed group of employees, making authoritative business decisions, and accounting for results
Highly accountable, with experience in managing complex projects with ambitious milestones, having accomplished milestones on time and on budget.
Potential to absorb complex technical product knowledge
Demonstrated competitive and strategic mindset
Strong analytic ability
Ability to travel as required
Strong project management and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business or a scientific discipline or equivalent experience; an MBA or other graduate degree is preferred.
Experience Required
12+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, sales roles
Experience in consumer and/or patient marketing
Experience in medical device marketing, particularly aesthetics
Experience with strategically shaping future business direction
Experience and passion for driving organizational change

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
