GENERAL SCOPE & SUMMARY


Our Human Resources Representative functions as a generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities in a Shared Service Center model. Serves in an organization where specialists are not fully deployed. Responsibilities may include a multitude of activities including HRIS maintenance, report creation and data entry, reporting, onboarding/separation activities, benefit administration, filing, special projects as required.


PRIMARY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES


Respond to employee inquiries through HR Operations Mailbox


Analyzing of data and reports


Process and manage Immigration processes for employees


Complete scheduled reporting as assigned


Assist with Open Enrollment and annual benefit renewal


Process employment verifications


Creation and maintaining of new hire files



Qualifications


SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS


Working Knowledge of an HRIS platform, SAP/SuccessFactors preferred.


Ability to communicate complex information to employees in a professional manner.


Strong customer service and teamwork skills. Professional demeanor to maintain and enhance relationships.


Demonstrated ability to pick-up new systems and tasks quickly.¬ 


Ability to use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a variety of problems and contribute to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.


Ability to provide solutions to problems of moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors.¬  .¬ ¬ 


JOB REQUIREMENTS


Minimum 4 years of professional experience required.


Minimum 2 years of HRIS platform experience required, SAP/SuccessFactors preferred.


Minimum 2 years of immigration processes experience required.


Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
