Senior Project Manager - Mechanical Engineering

Our Westford, MA/Concord, NH offices are looking for a Senior Project Manager of Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our Energy Services group. Candidates must possess a BS in mechanical engineering and have a P.E. license.
The Senior Project Manager of Mechanical Engineering will primarily support design projects in the natural gas sector with a focus on natural gas metering and regulation, liquefied natural gas and compressed natural gas facilities. Additionally, this person will supervise our growing team of mechanical and chemical engineers.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prepare process flow diagrams and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)
Perform line sizing calculations
Perform process equipment (e.g., heat exchangers, boilers, pumps) sizing
Prepare piping design drawings and equipment general arrangement drawings
Develop Bill of Materials to accompany piping drawings
Assist in the development of hazardous area classification drawings
Perform site visits to utility and industrial client facilities to review existing process piping and equipment layouts, meet with clients, and provide owners engineer services
Lead the preparation of various reports (e.g., facility energy assessments, storage tank and equipment assessments, third party design reviews) and cost estimates for system upgrades, improvements, and new construction.
Assist in proposal development
Manage project budgets
Mentor staff
The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of 49CFR Parts 192 and 193, NFPA 59A, NFPA 54, and ASME B31.3. The candidate must be self-motivated and work effectively in team or individual settings. Excellent communication skills are required. Candidate must also have AutoCAD experience and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. A general understanding of instrumentation and control as it relates to process design work is desired.
A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
