years experience in wafer fab equipment maintenance and repair (copper plating, electrolytic plating, high vacuum, CMP, plasma, Ion source, high vacuum, dry etch or electromechanical system). Requires Associates Degree or higher in area of engineering, applied science, electronics, or similar.
Will:
Read schematics and solve equipment malfunctions using troubleshooting skills.
Monitor and improve maintenance procedures.
Maintain LAM9600, Veeco Ion Mill, Roth & Rau Ionscan, Wafer Bonder, Epion Trim, robots (Brooks, Genmark, ASYST), electroplater, CMP, and various pumps (high vacuum cryo, turbo, roughing).
Check inventory and order parts.
Replenish and handle hazardous chemicals and gas reservoirs in stock.
