## Description
This role will provide a single point of accountability to Security Products (TSP) and to global Technology & Innovation (T&I;) function to deliver IT solutions/services that measurably improve business KPIs - while efficiently/effectively leveraging globally shared IT capability. It will also provide people leadership on IT engagement processes, thought leadership on strategic direction (business & IT), and results leadership that ensures successful delivery of IT solutions & services (including support).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Formulate an IT strategy that enables TSP/T&I; business strategies and aligns/influences global IT strategies.
Lead the creation and continuous improvement of a business capability and IT enablement roadmap for the TSP including understanding short and long term business plans and objectives, IT investments and strategies, cross-industry technology and business trends, and competitive environment.
Revise roadmap (3-5 year horizon) on at least an annual basis and support with capital requirement estimates and business cases.
Capture, aggregate, and prioritize a portfolio of IT investments to enable the near-term (rolling 12-month) needs as defined on the TSP/T&I; capability roadmap.
Lead the ideation and high-level planning of IT projects including specification of high-level business requirements, formulation of business process and technology solution options, creation and vetting of business cases, and high-level project
planning (scope, schedule, & budget).
Lead execution of TSP/T&I; IT investment portfolio to achieve scope, schedule, financial, and quality commitments through operating a metrics-based management system, ensuring adherence to principles and standards in the solution lifecycle management process (ie, toll gates), spearheading trade-off analyses and assessments (project timing, technology approaches, requirements prioritization, etc), supporting solution design and testing activities, managing user-acceptance testing, assessing overall quality of designed and tested solution, ensuring go-live readiness of Business and IT communities, and measuring business value results after solution stabilization.
Champion TSP/T&I; priorities through IT investment portfolio governance process to ensure alignment of projects with business objectives, leverage of assets and practices, and synthesis with broader corporate-wide priorities.
Establish, maintain and achieve Service Level Agreements with business partners, Operational Level Agreements with IT community and Contracts with third party providers.
Champion understanding, support for, and value of TSP/T&I; IT investment portfolio; lead TSP/T&I; IT Account Management team; serve as the "glue" bringing together Business and IT communities to achieve common goals; and secure active participation and strong advocacy from Business and IT communities, customers, suppliers, and industry bodies.
## Qualifications
7 to 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders. Includes advanced technical and business knowledge in software development life cycle, quality assurance, project management.
Demonstrated application of Six-Sigma/Lean methodologies to yield tangible business results.
Demonstrated track record of translating business strategies into IT investments portfolios.
Proven track record of successfully executing complex Business-IT programs/projects.
Proven formulation of IT-enabled business strategies that achieved quantified business results.
Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
