56 an hour Town of Westford Accounts Payable Administrative Analyst The Town of Westford seeks a highly motivated candidate for the position of Accounts Payable Administrative Analyst.
This is a part-time, union, non-benefited 18 hour per week position (with occasional extra hours budgeted for additional finance projects at various times throughout the year) providing administrative and technical assistance to the Accounting Office.
Responsibilities include bi-weekly accounts payable processing, contract compliance tracking, vendor maintenance, occasional payroll support, and various administrative functions in the Town Finance Offices.
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to stay focused in a busy environment, and be highly proficient in various office technologies, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Previous Munis software experience a plus.
The starting salary range is $26.
08 - $31.
56 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
