An established and growing company located just west of Boston is actively seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing team.
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for weekly transactions, monthly closings, and account analysis.
This individual will have a lot of opportunities to learn and grow and will report to the Controller.
The Senior Accountant will perform the following
Responsibilities:
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliationsResponsible for AP.
AR - Cash Flow forecastsParticipation in Month End CloseSupport Controller as neededPost Accrual journal entries and reconcile GL accounts as neededProcess Accounts Receivable and monitor collections
Qualifications:
Experience with transactional accounting and general ledger understandingMinimum bachelor's degree2-5 years of accounting experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsInterested candidates should send a Word copy of their resume to sdrew@kbwfinancial.
