Job DescriptionJob DescriptionYour job tasks will be estimating stick built residential and commercial projects large and small. You will be working with computer software (Planswift) to produce estimated cost values for completing the scope of work for that particular project. You will also be responsible for tracking and pricing any related addendums or RFI requests that may add or subtract from the contract value.Company DescriptionJenkat Painting is a finish painting/taping and wallcovering company. We work with some of the biggest general contractors in the state of Ma. We have been fortunate to work on such projects as the Encore casino in Everett Ma. and the One Dalton st. high rise building at downtown Boston with Suffolk construction, we've also worked with Callahan construction on the new MBTA North Quincy garage and other large residential projects we are currently involved with.
