Hours :
Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm - 1 hour lunch break Friday 8am - 4pm - 1/2 hour lunch break Full Time

Aflac Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Answer all in coming phone calls and taking messages Customer check in for estimates & drop offs Ensure proper authorization forms are signed at vehicle drop off Make sure office is cleaned and organized Filing customer files & paperwork Tag keys for all incoming vehicles Schedule rentals Updating customers during repair process Calling insurance companies on payments, rentals etc.
Pre & Post vehicle inspection Assist Business Manager as needed Job Type:
