As the Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns to engage and retain our customer base.
Your goal will be to drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and optimize conversion rates through targeted email communications.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices and a track record of driving successful campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the overall email marketing strategy, including segmentation, targeting, and scheduling for RAVentures' hospitality brands.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns from start to finish, including conceptualization, copywriting, design, testing and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as content creators and designers to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
Monitor email deliverability to maintain and high-quality sender reputation.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and new tools related to email marketing.
Manage and grow the email subscriber database by implementing effective acquisition and retention strategies.
Utilize marketing automation platforms to segment and target specific customer segments.
Generate regular reports on email campaign performance and present insights to stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an Email Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
