You would be working alongside our team of talented emergency clinicians and board-certified veterinarians in a busy 24-hour emergency and specialty.
Our 24-hour multi-speciality facility offers:
24-Hour Emergency Critical Care Urgent Care Neurology and Neurosurgery Anesthesia and Pain Management Internal Medicine Surgery Physical Therapy Oncology CVT, LVT, or VTS is preferred.
Experience in veterinary emergency or intensive care is required.
Highly skilled credentialed technicians with experience in a general practice setting will be considered.
The technician we are seeking is comfortable with anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery.
Other clinical skills expected of a Level 3 technician include phlebotomy, central line placement, placement/maintenance of various diagnostic/therapeutic indwelling lines, veterinary CPR, blood product transfusion monitoring, and familiarity with medical terminology and pharmaceuticals commonly used in a critical care setting.
Comfort in speaking with pet owners about common emergency ailments, treatment plans, and diagnostic testing is also expected.
Our hospital is well-equipped with the diagnostic and treatment capabilities expected of a multi-specialty referral hospital.
